LIV WATER

LIVWATER is one of the familiar tools that allows you to experience the fresh fish revolution.

In addition to the general processes of killing, cooling, and nerve removal to maintain the freshness of fish, Rib Water is used to produce fish with a freshness that is on another level. Simply put, Rib Water is "water that is closer to seawater." By processing the fish not with fresh water but with water that is closer to the seawater in which the fish lived, it maintains the original taste of the fish, in other words, its freshness. Then, we add ultra-high concentration nanobubbles using a unique machine developed just for maintaining freshness. This wraps up the germs and microorganisms that cause spoilage in nanobubbles and separates them from the body, helping to maintain the freshness of the fish by drastically reducing odors and germs.
