LIV WATER
is ultra-high concentration nano-bubble water developed solely for the purpose of preserving freshness.
There are three major factors that accelerate the loss of freshness in fish:
• Oxidation
• Temperature fluctuations
• Contamination by bacteria and microorganisms
LIV WATER, a high-concentration nano-bubble solution, helps combat oxidation by binding with oxygen molecules and reducing free oxygen in the water.
It also plays a role in controlling bacterial and microbial activity. Nano-bubbles attach to impurities and microorganisms on the surface of the fish, and when they collapse, the resulting force can help destroy these contaminants—slowing the deterioration process.
Nano-bubbles are known for their cleansing properties and are now widely used in products such as shower heads and washing machines.
LIV WATER goes a step further. Using a proprietary device that generates a high volume of ultra-concentrated nano-bubbles, we create a custom water solution. By blending this water with carefully selected natural sea salt, we reproduce a type of artificial seawater tailored to the needs of seafood.

Storage Method:
Wrap the fish (with the innards left intact) in kitchen paper soaked with either water type, and store in the refrigerator.
When our water was submitted for bacterial testing, even fish aged for 15 days showed bacterial levels significantly below national safety standards.
